About Us
Stepping Up is a partnership between the UNAP/Rhode Island Hospital Health Care Education Trust and Women and Infants’ Hospital, local hospitals and healthcare organizations, education and training providers, labor unions and funders. Our goal is to provide education, training and support services to community residents, as well as full and part-time employees of Rhode Island Hospital and Women & Infants' who are interested in developing long-term careers in healthcare. We are committed to helping employees become credentialed in high-growth, high-demand jobs, and in providing the tools to move up the healthcare career ladder.
